How to read the 2026 hire band?
Facade scaffold rental is 30–50 ₺ per m². At 1,000 m² that band is 30,000–50,000 ₺ + VAT. The unit shifts with facade height, hire period, erection-dismantling scope and haulage distance. Erection-dismantling is a separate item.
Guardrails, platforms and toeboards are read as a full set; it is not a “cheap m²” price for a tower without guardrails. Sale unit price comes in the quote by stock age. 3B İskele uses the same calculation language from Izmir Torbalı, Istanbul Tuzla / Orhanlı and Kosovo Ferizaj stock.
Prices are + VAT. Ranges are a reference; the firm quote is locked after project survey.

On short jobs the unit rises; at 6 months+ and high take-off the unit falls. Extra months are discussed if the period extends.

What is the minimum hire period?
Duration locks to the project. On a one- or two-month job the unit rises; on a long site the unit falls. Extra months if the period extends, and return terms on early strip-out, are written in the quote.
Does the price cover the TS EN 12810 certificate?
On rental sets too, TS EN 12810 product and TS EN 12811 load-and-guardrail rules apply. A certificate does not replace anchors and the structural note. Wind support is not a kilogram mnemonic; the calculation is project-based.
