H-frame facade stock
On straight housing, office and ETICS work, guardrailed H-frames are the backbone. Take-off is read in m² and duration.

Production, rental and buy-back under the same stock discipline. H-frame, ringlock and formwork — from Izmir, Istanbul and Kosovo to site.

The material list is not written from memory. System, take-off and duration lock in the same survey; then production or stock, then dispatch.
Facade geometry, load and duration point to H-frame, ringlock or formwork. The wrong system looks cheap and costs on site.
Frames, platforms, guardrails, anchors, brackets and spares sit on the same list. Missing items are not hunted on erection day.
Rental, sale or buy-back is chosen by duration and repeating work. Mixed models are possible.
Loads from Izmir, Istanbul or Kosovo land on site with delivery papers and piece counts.
The right model depends on duration and repeating work. Do not mix a single site with standing stock in the same quote.
| Situation | Suitable model | Why |
|---|---|---|
| 3–8 month single site | Rental | Stock returns to 3B when the period ends |
| Repeating facade work | Core stock + hire | Base stock is yours; peaks are hired |
| Convert to cash at project end | Sale + buy-back | Contract terms are not scrap prices |
| Industrial shutdown, short window | Rental + erection | Material and crew sit on the same plan |
| Uncertain duration | Survey first | Open-ended hire inflates the unit rate |
Supply is not “load everything on a truck”. System type is tied to the geometry of the work.

On straight housing, office and ETICS work, guardrailed H-frames are the backbone. Take-off is read in m² and duration.

Silos, vessels, inclined steel and soffit formwork do not fit H-frame. Rosettes and table/formwork are separate lists.

Production exit and yard loads land on site with delivery papers. Missing parts stop erection.
Rental or sale, what buy-back means, where stock ships from — short answers.
At 3B İskele, supply is production, project rental and contracted buy-back. H-frame facade scaffolding with guardrails, ringlock scaffolding and formwork systems leave in the same stock language. Erection and structural calculation are separate services; they can run under the same roof if requested.
On a 3–8 month single site, rental; on repeating work, a core stock. Peak demand is still hired. The decision depends on duration, take-off and how often the work repeats. A firm figure sits in the quote after survey.
Purchased material can be taken back at project end under terms written in advance. The price is not the scrap market; condition, duration and the contract decide. An uncontracted “we’ll take it” is not supply.
Izmir Torbalı headquarters, Istanbul Tuzla plant and Orhanlı yard, Kosovo Ferizaj. All three speak the same product language. Dispatch is planned by site location and stock status.
Rental is usually m² / month or set / period; sale is on a parts list. Height, duration, anchors, brackets and haulage change the unit rate. The H-frame reference band is on the product price page; the firm figure comes after survey.
It does not. Rental H-frame and ringlock stock is still read under the TS EN 12810 product framework and TS EN 12811 load-and-guardrail rules. A certificate is not enough without site anchors; anchoring sits with erection and engineering.
