H-frame facade erection
On straight housing and offices, frames, braces, platforms and guardrails rise in the same lift language.

Ground and marking, first lift plumbed, then guardrails lift by lift. Anchors are tied at project spacing; dismantling is the reverse.
Base jacks are marked; ground bearing and handover papers are checked. A crooked first lift ruins the whole tower.
On H-frame, starter, frame, ledger and brace lock together. On ringlock, rosette and standard sit on the same plumb.
Platform, guardrail and toeboard are part of the lift. Anchors are tied at project spacing; there is no “we’ll look later”.
From the top lift down; platforms are not taken before guardrails come off. Material count finishes before dispatch.
A crew that does not know the material erects the right stock in the wrong order. Responsibility sits in the erection language.
| Topic | Foreign crew on site | 3B erection |
|---|---|---|
| System language | Pins and rosettes can mix | Knows its own stock |
| Guardrail sequence | Often left for later | Fitted as part of the lift |
| Anchors | Spacing from memory | Tied to the plan |
| Dismantling | Short count, damage | Reverse order + handover count |
| Live plant | Housing tempo | Shutdown and permit plan |
A housing facade, industrial geometry and soffit formwork are not the same tempo. Crew and sequence change.

On straight housing and offices, frames, braces, platforms and guardrails rise in the same lift language.

On silos and inclined steel the node count rises. H-frame panels are not enough for this form.

Dismantling is reverse order. A load whose count is unfinished causes trouble at yard intake.
Is erection inside the rental, is H-frame the same crew as ringlock, when is strip-out — short answers.
Usually not. Supply is material; erection is site labour. 3B İskele can put both in the same quote; the line items stay separate. The H-frame facade erection reference band is on the product price page; the firm figure comes after survey.
It is not. H-frame speeds up on a straight facade in frame-and-guardrail order. Ringlock sits on inclined geometry with rosettes and tubes. They can sit side by side on the same site; the crew does not mix the systems.
Guardrails and platforms go on with the lift. Nobody goes to the next lift without guardrails. Anchors are at project spacing. Dismantling is reverse order. On a live plant, permits, shutdown and hot work are written separately.
Material definition and liability stay with you. Wrong pins, an unbraced tower and missing anchors are your risk even on a rental set. 3B erection installs its own stock in its own sequence.
It is written from the start as part of the programme. Early strip-out before facade work is finished leaves the job on the ground. Late strip-out extends the hire period. The count finishes before dispatch.
Izmir Torbalı, Istanbul Tuzla / Orhanlı and Kosovo Ferizaj are the main bases. Site distance and duration lock in at survey. For a remote site, crew logistics may be a separate line in the quote.
