Notice under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 on data processed in quotes, contact, careers and site use.
1. Data controller
Under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by 3B İskele Kalıp A.Ş. as data controller. Legal title: 3B İSKELE KALIP ANONİM ŞİRKETİ Address: Yeşilköy Mah. Kuyu Çukuru Sk. No: 2 Torbalı / İzmir Tax office: Torbalı Tax ID (VKN): 0012810549 Email: info@3biskele.com Phone: +90 532 396 75 35 Web: 3biskele.com
2. Scope of this notice
This notice covers website visitors, people who submit quote or contact forms, those who reach us by phone or WhatsApp, email senders, and candidates who send a CV via Careers. A company trade name is not personal data; the natural person’s name, phone and email on the form are.
3. Personal data processed
Identity: name. Contact: phone, email. Customer transaction: company / site name, request type (hire, sale, erection, engineering, turnkey), product group. Project: city, site address, area (m²), height (m), estimated duration, target start date, free-text notes. Careers: CV and education, experience and contact details shared in email. Transaction security: IP address, form submit time, privacy consent record and timestamp. Cookies and ads: browser identifiers, page views and conversion measurement (Google Ads tag AW-18402766639). WhatsApp or phone message content may be processed insofar as needed to handle your request. Required fields (name, phone and location) must be filled to send a quote form. Other fields are optional and processed only if provided.
4. Collection method
Data is collected wholly or partly by automated means: quote and contact forms, careers applications (email), phone, WhatsApp, email correspondence, server logs and cookies / ad tags. Information given orally on a visiting card or during a site survey may be recorded for the same purposes.
5. Purposes of processing
Preparing quotes; running hire, sales, erection-dismantling and engineering; planning surveys, quantities and logistics; client relations and complaints; assessing job applications; meeting legal duties; recording communications; keeping the site secure and working; measuring ad conversions (Google Ads).
6. Legal bases
Under KVKK Art. 5: • Forming or performing a contract (Art. 5/2-c): quote, order, hire and erection. • Legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç): invoices, commercial books and replies to authorities. • Legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f): client records, request tracking, information security and site operation, balanced against your fundamental rights. • Explicit consent (Art. 5/1): the KVKK tick on the form; sending a job application; tracking cookies used for ads measurement. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal stops processing from that date onward; lawful processing until then and statutory retention are unaffected.
7. Transfers
Data may be shared only as needed to perform the service with: logistics, erection and site suppliers; hosting, email and form infrastructure providers; competent public authorities (courts, tax, HSE inspection). If WhatsApp Business is used, message content may pass through Meta Platforms Ireland / affiliates. Cookie and device identifiers for Google Ads conversion measurement may be transferred to Google LLC (USA). These transfers take place under KVKK Art. 9 in connection with providing the service and your consent / legitimate-interest balance. If a request concerns the Kosovo warehouse line, contact details may be passed to the relevant internal unit. Data is not sold as a marketing list.
8. Cookies and Google Ads
Essential cookies may be used for the site to work. The Google Ads conversion tag (AW-18402766639) also uses cookies and similar technologies to measure visits and form submits. This is for ad performance; your quote text is not sold to Google as a lead list. You may delete or restrict cookies in the browser. Refusing non-essential tracking does not stop quote or catalogue use; conversion measurement may be incomplete. Google’s own notice: policies.google.com
9. Retention
Quote and contact records: as a rule 2 years to form and follow a commercial relationship; if a contract / invoice arises, book-keeping periods under Tax Procedure Law No. 213 and TCC No. 6102 (as a rule 10 years). Job applications: as a rule 1 year for assessment and possible openings; a longer period is notified separately. Consent records: for as long as the related processing is retained, to prove consent. Server / security logs: a reasonable operating period (as a rule 6–12 months). Cookies: the period set by the provider and the browser. When the purpose ends or the legal period expires, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
10. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
As a data subject you may: a) learn whether your personal data is processed, b) request information if it is, c) learn the purpose and whether it is used in line with that purpose, ç) know third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, d) request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, e) request deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7, f) request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred, g) object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, h) claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing. This site does not run solely automated decisions (credit scoring, hiring algorithms and the like).
11. How to apply
Send requests in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller: information establishing your identity, your request and any supporting documents. Channels: info@3biskele.com or a wet-ink letter to Yeşilköy Mah. Kuyu Çukuru Sk. No: 2 Torbalı / İzmir. Put “KVKK application” in the subject line to speed handling. Applications are as a rule concluded free of charge within 30 days. If the work requires extra cost, a fee may be charged under the Communiqué tariff. Requests that cannot be identified or that are unclear may be refused. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board if you are not satisfied with the reply.
12. Security
Under KVKK Art. 12, administrative and technical measures are taken such as access control, limited use of communication channels and keeping hosting current. Still, watch the confidentiality of files you send by email or WhatsApp (CV, project plans); avoid sending unencrypted files on public networks.
